Controlled by PLC, this equipment runs more stably. Ten sets of parameters can be stored and each parameter can be adjusted without halt. The servo motor is adopted to pull the film, so the positioning is more accurate. Temperature of the transverse and longitudinal sealing is controlled independently and the precision can reach ±1℃.

Ten-head Weigher
The high-precision digital weighing sensor enables the measurement to be realized instantaneously. After the calculation of the computer, the optimal combination of objects is selected from the abundant weight combinations. According to the characteristics of the object under measurement, the ten-head weigher can record several indicators of the first batch of products, such as the total number of packets, qualified rate, single bag error, etc.

Made of stainless steel, this equipment has a protection grade of IP65 and is thus clean and sanitary. The fully sealed design prevents accumulation of materials and facilitates cleaning. The multilingual LCD operating system makes it easy to operate. There are several optional devices, including collection hopper, printing device, hopper with decorative patterns, and error-exceeding sorting device.
